prices aim to be competitive, and be comparable with anyone in the
market place. When looking at prices we always have to be sure we
are comparing like for like. Once we are able to establish the likely
levels and type of work, we can fine tune the details of our pricing
structure to make sure that you will be very happy with the cost
involved of employing D.I.S.
Whilst
we have endeavored to give you an indication of the type of prices
we charge, we do always try and take the time to look at individual
requirements. We also find it difficult to quote hourly rates without
being compared against another. We should like to point out that
when we reach a site, we work very hard, very effectively and individually
although as a team. You will not find us slacking or taking life
easy. We do intend to be the number one in your eyes and will work
with this in mind at at times.
Percentage
of Value
Not so popular method of charging, but certainly the desired method
for those who feel they work faster, harder and more competitively
than others. Ordinarily we will charge 4% of the retail value of
any range of furniture that we install. This is a figure that is
difficult to quote until we have had time to sit down and discuss
the type of furniture and the type of finishes that you install
Once we can see a pattern to the type of work you will be providing,
we can tailor our prices to your exact requirements, even charging
different rates within a range.
Fixed
Hourly Rate
This
way of charging is probably the most popular, but until you know
what you are getting for your hourly rate, very hard to judge.
